Shipping Policy

At KD’s Exquisite Events Planning & Custom Supplies, we take great care in preparing and delivering your orders. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for both our custom-made products and event-related services.

1. Order Processing
  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing time varies depending on the product type and customization requirements.

    • Standard processing: 5–10 business days

    • Custom or bulk orders: 10–21 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to material shortages, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

Local pickup is available in select areas. Pickup times will be scheduled via email or text after your order is ready.

Local delivery for event setups may also be available (fees apply and are based on location and setup requirements).

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances (such as weather events or postal strikes).
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is under the responsibility of the carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or credit if approved.
We are not responsible for lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.

9. Event Delivery & Setup

For event rentals or décor setup:

  • Delivery times and setup schedules will be arranged directly with you or your venue.

  • Clients must ensure that the venue is accessible at the agreed-upon time.

  • Additional charges may apply for late-night pickups, waiting time, or restricted access.
